Westpoint has the opportunity and responsibility to partner with parents to shape students’ beliefs and values for a few short, strategic years. In doing so, we have the privilege of helping set their trajectory into the future.
Our ministry to students is not about just entertaining. Rather, we are intentional to disciple middle and high schoolers to live the ways of Jesus daily with a focus beyond self in every relationship. Students network, engage, connect, and make choices daily. To be able to hear the voice of Jesus above their everyday noise, they must have a personal relationship with Christ that is real and selfless. Riding their parents’ coat tails spiritually won’t cut it once they are off to college.
That’s why we hope and pray that they will follow Jesus, surrendered to live sent in life now, in college, and beyond.
